Rebecca Kelly, REALTOR®, is the Co-Founder of Fishman Group Real Estate, brokered by Royal LePage NRC Realty. She specializes in helping first-time buyers and move-up sellers across the Niagara Region make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.

Born and raised in Fort Erie, Rebecca’s local roots run deep. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph, she went on to complete a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College—education that strengthened her communication skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through life-changing decisions with care and clarity.

Since earning her real estate license in 2022, Rebecca has played an integral role in more than 100 home sales, representing over $40 million in total career volume. She and her partner, Scott Fishman, lead one of the top-performing real estate teams in Niagara, ranking within the top 2% of REALTORS® region-wide and recognized as The Agency Niagara’s top-producing group in 2024.

Rebecca has earned The Agency’s Exemplary Agent Award for two consecutive years, a distinction given to agents who consistently demonstrate excellence in organization, client care, and professionalism.
